Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse was born from a desire to return to the source, the very essence of what chocolate is made of: a precise, meticulous and creative work, using bespoke machinery and slow processes. Passionate about the quest for the essential, the team selects quality beans based on their purity as much as their personality. Recognising the exacting process required for making chocolate, they create chocolates that best express the origins and character of the cocoa beans.
