Vermuteria is an all-day eatery built on the traditions of Europe’s greatest bistros in Italy, France and Spain. This characterful little nook, right at the heart of Coal Drops Yard, is the creation of designer Michael Sodeau and restaurateur Anthony Demetre – and combines their love of food, drink and cycling.
