Launched in early 2019, Longboys bring gourmet, freshly handmade finger doughnuts to Coal Drops Yard.
The brainchild of ex-pastry chef for the Hakkasan group, Graham Hornigold, and Heather Kaniuk, former executive pastry chef at the Mandarin Oriental – arguably two of the country’s top pastry perfectionists – Longboys are hand-rolled daily from the duo’s signature, lighter brioche dough, with compotes, fillings, glazes and toppings all made in-house.
There is a signature collection alongside seasonal specials. Current offerings include Triple Chocolate Brownie, Strawberry and White Chocolate, Peanut Butter Jelly and Pistachio Raspberry. Longboys are far from your average doughnut!
