Casa Pastor is reopening on the 4th July, for bookings click here
To allow for physical distancing, there will be extra space between tables where necessary.
To give their chefs more space in the kitchen they have slimmed down the menus slightly, but you can feel confident that tuna tostadas, al pastor tacos and beef short rib will all be available. Plus loads of Mezcal.
Casa Pastor is the Mexican big sister to Borough’s El Pastor, Bermondsey’s Tortilleria El Pastor, and the outdoor terrace neighbour at Coal Drops Yard, Plaza Pastor. Expect Mexico City-inspired tostadas, tacos and quesadillas, with tortillas made in-house daily from heritage Mexican corn. There’s also a Baja California style mariscos (seafood) section, the famed ‘beef short-rib sharer’, traditional barbacoa (slow-cooked meat), served on Sundays, and a big tequila-slinging central bar.
Alongside Casa Pastor, Harts Group has also opened Plaza Pastor, The Drop wine bar and Barrafina, as well as Parrillan, an outside terrace bar and a table-top grill restaurant. (seasonal opening times)
